The Service is operated by YellowParadox (registered brand and legal entity), operating through its fintech division TradeQuantica. The primary product offered is FX Signals AI, an automated forex signal service accessible at fxsignalsai.com.

FX Signals AI provides automated trading signals for educational and informational purposes only. The signals are generated through quantitative analysis and are delivered via MetaTrader 4/5 Expert Advisor, Telegram, email, and web dashboard.

The Service constitutes general market commentary and educational content. It does NOT constitute personalized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice intended for your particular circumstances.

TradeQuantica is not a regulated financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment firm, or portfolio manager. We do not provide personalized recommendations based on your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

No information provided through the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to financial regulations and tax obligations.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is EUR 49 per month or EUR 399 per year. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the applicable subscription rate.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you of payment failures.

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services.

However, by subscribing and requesting immediate access to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are requesting the digital content to be provided before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period. Once you begin receiving signals or access the Service content, you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal.

If you have not accessed any signals or Service content within the 14-day period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected].

Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of approval, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

As a user of the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Any trades you place based on our signals are at your own risk and discretion.
• There is no guarantee of profit or protection against loss. Forex trading involves substantial risk, and you may lose more than your initial investment.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online trading and financial services.
• You will keep your account credentials secure and not share your subscription access with third parties.
• You will not redistribute, resell, copy, or commercially exploit the signals or any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

The signals and information provided through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities, futures, options, or other financial instruments.

You should not treat any opinion expressed on our platform as a specific inducement to make a particular investment or follow a particular strategy. You should make your own independent decisions regarding any securities or financial instruments mentioned herein.

We strongly recommend that you seek the advice of an independent, qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to trading algorithms, signal generation methodologies, Expert Advisor software, website design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of YellowParadox / TradeQuantica and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YellowParadox / TradeQuantica, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, trading losses, or other intangible losses.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from: (a) your use of or reliance on signals or information provided through the Service; (b) any trades executed based on our signals; (c) technical failures, interruptions, or delays in signal delivery; (d) unauthorized access to your account; or (e) any third-party actions or conduct.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount of subscription fees actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YellowParadox / TradeQuantica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be subject to temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, including missed trading signals or delayed signal delivery.

You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by cancelling through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union member state in which YellowParadox is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, we encourage you to first contact us at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the governing law specified above.

As an EU consumer, you also have the right to submit complaints through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and YellowParadox / TradeQuantica regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral.
